I am glad that you are here and that you let me introduce you to 7 of the most powerful meditations. This week, you will discover new sides of yourself and you will most likely discover one or more meditations for life. Always remember that if one meditation does not suit your taste, you can always choose another one. There is a lid for every pot! And who knows, maybe I can even inspire you and you will get to like many different kinds of meditations. One thing I know for sure, no matter what meditation or meditations you decide on, you will be amazed by the positive effects on your mind, body and soul!

Meditation is no longer just something ‘spiritual’! There are now countless studies on the positive effects of meditation in many areas. The best known are certainly the enormous improvements you can see in stress reduction and self-healing. All types of meditation are suitable for this, because through targeted concentration and relaxation, one gives his body and mind the time needed to activate the self-healing powers.

A lot of people are aware of the positive effects of meditation on our mind, body and soul. Perhaps you have also already heard of the studies that praise meditation as one of the best techniques to improve your life, and simultaneously be more productive, live healthier, happier more fulfilled.

Still, most people have a completely wrong idea of meditation or think they are not capbale of meditating. So if this is the case with you, or if you are already meditating and just want to improve your practice, I have put together this course.

Everyone can meditate, but not every meditation suits every human being. If you know my meditation and coaching strategies, you know that I value and respect every individual’s true self and uniqueness. I am known for responding to the individual needs of people and thus achieving their desired results easily and sustainably. I recommend meditation to all my clients, and to meditate as often as they can easily fit into their lives, but I also give them the information and tools they need to enjoy this new path.

One of my clients once said to me, ‘I can not meditate. I could never sit still and quiet all my thoughts’. Another person said ‘I can not imagine anything, visualisations do not work for me!’ Without the knowledge I gave these two, they would never have started meditating and today would not have achieved the stunning results they have gained through meditation.

There are many different ways to meditate and not every meditation requires you to sit still for a long time and turn off all your thoughts. Nor does every meditation require visualizing things, even though anyone is perfectly capable to innately visualise. If I tell you to think of a blue elephant, what can you see? Exactly, a blue elephant!

The most important thing in meditation, and in life if I might add, is simply to feel good. It’s not about proving something to yourself or others, but much more about getting to know yourself better and taking some time for yourself, your body, mind and soul. Meditation may or may not be spiritual, it may or may not be quiet, and it may or may not be performed sitting down.

For the next 7 days, I will introduce you to a different style meditation every day. At the end of this week, you will have an overview of different types of powerful meditations and you can decide if you have discovered one or more of them for you.

Before you start, here is a little tip: It is best for you to take some ‘me time’, like 10 to 20 minutes for each meditation. Wear comfortable clothing and maintain a comfortable temperature, then sit or lie down in a quiet, comfortable place with no distractions (if you tend to fall asleep easily, I recommend you sit up straight, rather than lying down), and then tell your inner voice that it’s okay to get to know these meditations now. Sometimes we let ourselves be distracted from new things or even stopped by our inner voice, but now that you know this, you can easily prevent it and start your meditation journey today.

Always notice how you feel before you start meditating, and then reflect on this after you meditation. Notice what has changed, emotionally or physically.

You have two versions of each meditation, with or without binaural beats, music or ambience.

I recommend listening with binaural beats to my clients when they tend to get distracted quickly, do not like to sit still, or think they have too much energy … Just try what you like better. Maybe you also like the sounds in one meditation and then not in the other. That’s why I always give you the choice.

!!! While listening with binaural beats, do not do any other activity, such as driving a car, only use it whilst meditating !!!

Binaural beats affect your brainwaves by listening to a different frequency on each ear. This will automatically make your brain create a third, the desired, frequency. Through the frequencies we play, we can influence what frequency your brain creates. Binaural sounds are especially valuable for beginners, as they make it easier to concentrate completely on the meditation.

For centuries, the historical Solfeggio tones have been said to have healing effects, due to their vibration. I like to combine Binaural and Solfeggio tones for the double positive effect. Nowadays, these sounds can already be heard in different variations on their own, as many people swear by their positive effects.

Todays lifestyle is busy, so I recommend setting yourself an alarm or a reminder, to make sure you return to the course everyday. If you have to skip a day or forgot to meditate, that is okay, simply continue whenever you can.

I wish you a great and exciting week!

All the best,
