Day 7: Pura Meditation

A meditation for all your needs!

Welcome to the last day of this course! I am proud of you! And you can also be proud of yourself. You have decided to do this course and stayed until the very end. Bravo!

I hope you enjoyed this week and discovered great styles of meditations for you. I am sure that meditation has now become a part of your life and that you already benefit from all the positive effects.

On the 7th day of this course, we come to my own creation: Pura Meditation. As you may know, through my own meditation practice I have embarked on a more mindful way of living, and I have achieved several goals in my life already. I lost over 65 pounds, reduced stress, overcame fears & anxiety and even found my perfect partner! If I can do so much through meditation then YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Since you are still here, you know that you are on the right path, and you have my complete trust and faith in you. Yes, I believe that you can live your ideal life, and I believe in you. And if everything is going pretty well for you already, then meditation can only make it better.

Of course, I am not asking you to go for a 20 year long search for the most effective meditations and healing methods, as I did, unless you enjoy it, of course!

No,… experiences are there to be shared and with this to positively support people in different circumstances.

As I mentioned earlier, I appreciate the individuality of each person and have therefore been looking for a meditation that can be easily adapted to any and every situation. But that's not enough! The meditation also contains various elements of all alternative healing methods that I have studied over the years [NLP, EFT, hypnosis to name a few ...]

No matter which goal you want to achieve, with Pura Meditation you can adjust your energy and thoughts in such a way that you no longer stand in your own way, even if unconsciously, and instead are able to achieve success with ease.

Sometimes we set goals and do everything we can to achieve them, but sometimes it just does not work. It may well be that there is a negative belief or a bad experience behind it, or that your emotions simply do not match the vibrations that you are wanting to attract.

You can use Pura Meditation to connect with your true 'self' and the power of the Universe and then mentally assemble your life as it should in the 'physical' world. With it you can even dissolve unconscious blockages!

Again, this is not magic, but the collaboration between mind, body and soul. Are you dreaming of a successful career? Do you want to clean up the past? Would you like to have your ideal body? Whatever you wish, with this meditation you can manifest it into your life faster and easier.

In this course, I'll give you a brief introduction to Pura Meditation, and if you like it, you'll can learn more about it later.

What you need to know for this meditation:

You are the center of your universe and connected to the rest of the universe. You imagine this during the meditation. As an example, you can look at a nerve whose nucleus [or center] represents you and whose synapses connect you with everything in the universe.

If that seems a bit incomprehensible to you, believe me, during the meditation you will understand it intuitively, because you will then work in harmony with your true 'Self' and the universe.

As an introduction to Pura Meditation, we focus on manifesting something in your life that you would like to have. I always recommend to my clients to start with something that they would classify as 'simple'. Once you have become familiar with this meditation, there really are no limits! You can manifest what or who you want 😉 To make it simple, in this introduction I'm talking about an 'object' - but you can also ignore that word and simply manifest what's important to you.

During the intro, I am taking you through the Chakras. If you have not done the Kundalini / Chakra meditation yet, or if you forgot, you can download this reminder of the different chakras and their positions and colours at www.ninabeste.com/chakra-guide:

Root chakra: red - base of your spine

Sacral chakra: Orange - about a hand's width below the navel

Solar Plexus Chakra: Yellow - about the level of the stomach

Heart chakra: green - height of the heart

Throat chakra: blue - throat area

Third eye chakra: Violet - between the eyebrows

Crown chakra: White (with pink particles) - just above the head

The special thing about Pura meditation is that the binaural beat gradually goes down in frequency and your brain waves are thus consciously going through the different stages. This makes it even easier to follow the meditation and it will ensure that you get the most benefits of my meditation.

The binaural Beat is: 9 Hz [which promotes relaxation] - then 7.5 Hz [which promotes inner cognition] - then 4 Hz [which enhances creativity and imagination] - and finally 3.5 Hz [which enhances the feeling of oneness]

The combined Solfeggio tone is : 639 Hz [which promotes communication, understanding, tolerance and love]

Remember to notice how you feel before and after meditating and always remember that you are helping, healing and simply doing something good for your body, mind and soul by regularly meditating and by following a mindful lifestyle.
